Me and my Partner stayed and enjoyed our short time at the Blue Waters, the owners (Gillian and Paul) are very welcoming throughout our stay and the breakfast was of a high standard, excellent!! The B&B is a great place to stay and would go back if we ever go to Paignton again, there was only one negative and that the room was cold even with an blanket, that was only due to the large windows in the room, other than that it was a great place to stay and would recommend to others, many thanks!!
Warm welcome We had an enjoyable three day stay in the guesthouse and were made very welcome. The room was pleasant and clean and breakfast varied and plentiful.
We had the pleasure to stay at the clean and well looked after Blue Waters B&B.Very near to the Beach, Breakfast was supplied with plenty of choices, the en-suite was new and clean, the room was tidy and we had a very pleasant stay.Thank you so much for nice memories.

Just returned from spending four nights with Gilly and Paul who are both very friendly and helpfull. The accommodation is very clean and the breakfast is great. Who needs 5 Star accommodation when you can have 4 Star as good as this?

A lovely warm welcome on arrival and friendly reception during our stay. Our room (the family suite) was very well presented. The Breakfast was perfect,cooked just how you liked, with plenty of choice available. The lounge area was spacious and contained lots of games/books to entertain the children if needed. Overall a good stay and we would recommend this B&B for a family wanting a seaside break.
The place was lovely,in a good location for the centre of town and the owners would go out of their way to help you. I would stay there again next time I go to Paignton.

Facilities are very clean and maintained in excellent condition. Owner managed, and owners practice outstanding guest relations. If we ever come back to Paignton, we would very much like to stay there again. - No complaints. We have been very happy to stay at the Blue Waters Lodge.

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and very helpful the only thing i disliked was the mattress we slept on, it was a bit hard.
