Burnside Guest House is situated on a level street near the centre of Ilfracombe. Access to Burnside is from a level car park.
The outer front door is 30.5” wide leading into a small lobby with a 4.5” step to the main front door which is 37” wide. This leads to a level ground floor with a door, 29” wide, leading to the Guest Sitting room and Dining room.
All our Guest bedrooms are situated on the first floor. To reach the first floor you take 8 steps to a small landing, then a further 5 steps to a second small landing. For bedroom 3, take 1 step up, and for bedrooms 1 and 2 take 3 steps up. One double bed en-suite room with 1 step down from shower to toilet.
All doors are fire doors with self-closing mechanisms.

Building has an audible fire alarm.
